Application Range

Roll rusher has many names such as roller crusher, double-roller crusher and double-geared roller crusher. Roll crusher is a crushing machine making use of the frictional forces of the roller surface to bite the materials to the crushing area and bend, split and crush the materials. When used for coarse crushing or it needs to increase the crushing ratio, tooth or groove will be cut on the roller surface to increase the splitting force.

This series of roll crusher can be used for the medium and fine crushing of all kinds of ores and rocks with high and medium hardness in many industrial departments such as ore beneficiation, chemistry, cement, refractory, abrasive materials and building materials. It has more outstanding effect than common crushing machinery in producing artificial sand and sand aggregate in building material industry. Its feeding granularity is big, discharging granularity is adjustable and it is able to crush the materials whose compression strength is smaller than 160 MPa. Especially in coal industry, when used this machine to crush raw coal, only after deironing and edulcoration can the raw coal be crushed, and the gangue removing process is not necessary. The crushed materials has even granularity and low over-crushing rate, thus simplifying the coal dressing technology and reducing the investment and production cost. 

Working Principle

The materials to be crushed fall from the feeding mouth to the space between the two rolls, after being squeezed and crushed, the final products will naturally fall. When there are too hard materials or materials that cannot be crushed, the rolls of the roller crusher will automatically withdraw under the effect of hydraulic cylinder or spring to increase the gap between the rolls, and the too hard materials or the materials that cannot be crushed will fall down, thus protecting the machine from being damaged. There is a certain gap between the two rolls that rotate at the opposite direction, and the maximum discharging granularity of the final products can be controlled by changing this gap. Double roll crusher crushes the materials by relying on the two round rollers rotating at the opposite direction, and four-roll crusher crushes the materials by relying on the two pairs of round rollers rotating at the opposite direction. 

Matters Needing Attention When Using Teeth Roll Crusher

1. Strength the deironing work. Non-crushable materials that fall between the two rollers will damage the crusher, which may cause stoppage, for this reason, deironing device should be installed in front of the crusher.

2. After the double roll crusher runs for a long time, the abrasion of the roll surface will cause over-fine product granularity. A t this time, pay attention to adjusting the discharging mouth or examine and repair the equipment.

3. Strengthen the examination of the teeth roll crusher and timely add lubricating grease on the lubrication part of the equipment to maintain excellent lubrication state.
