Features of Linear Vibrating Screen

Working Principle of Linear Vibrating Screen

When ZSG series linear vibrating screen works, the two electrical machines run synchronously in opposite direction to make the exciter produce reverse exciting force which forces the screen to drive the screen net to move vertically, and the materials on the vibrating screen will be periodically thrown and cast forward, thus completing the material screening process. 

Application of Linear Vibrating Screen

Linear vibrating screen is widely used for screening any dry materials whose size is 0.074-15mm and the maximum feeding granularity is better not bigger than 20mm. It is also suitable for the grading and classification of powdery or small-sized materials such as metallurgical powder, chemistry, fertilizer, abrasive material, medicine, food, ceramics, refractory and building material. 

Notes in Using of Linear Vibrating Screen

The vibrating screen should be started when there are no materials on the screen and it should never be started with materials on it, and it can only be fed with materials after the screen runs stably. Before stopping it, first stop feeding and stop it after all the materials on the screen are discharged. In the working process, regularly observe the running condition of the screen, if there is abnormal movement or sound, timely stop it for examination, find out the reason and eliminate the malfunction.
