Belt conveyor is the ideal, highly efficient and continuous conveying equipment in coal mines. Especially as for high yield and high efficiency mines, conveyor belt has become the key equipment of electromechanical technology and equipment in coal mining. The main features of conveyor belt are that the body can conveniently stretch; there is belt storage cabin; the tail can extend or shorten with the advancement of the coal mining surface; no foundation is needed, and the belt can be directly set up on the baseboard of the roadway; and the rack is light and handy and convenient to be dismantled. When the conveyance ability is strong and conveyance distance is long, center drive device can be equipped to satisfy the requirement. 

Belt conveyor moves according to the friction drive principle and it is suitable for conveying powdery, granulous and small lumpish low-abrasive materials and bag materials whose bulk density is lower than 1.67 T/m³and that are easy to be drew out such as coal, gravel, sand, cement, fertilizer and food. It is widely used in such industrial departments as metallurgy, coal, transportation, water and electricity and chemistry because it has many advantages such as big conveying amount, simple structure, convenient maintenance, low cost and strong universality.

Debugging Procedures of Convery Belt

1. Fill relevant lubricating grease in reducer and moving parts.

2. Carefully debug the convery belt after installing the machine to satisfy the design requirement.

3. Debug the electrical part of convery belt, including general electric connection and movement to make the equipment have excellent performance and reach the designed functions and state.

4. After the conveyor belt system reaches the installation requirement, manually run the single equipment and test the conveyor best system to satisfy the movement requirement.
