The electromotor drives the principal axis of the exciter to rotate through v-shaped belt, and under the centrifugal inertia force of the unbalanced materials on the exciter, the screen box will gain vibration and it can gain different vibration amplitudes through changing the eccentric block of the exciter. 

Working Principle of Hongxing Circular Vibrating Screen

Circular vibrating screen in China mainly consists of screening box, screening net, exciter and damper spring. The exciter is installed on the side plate of the screening box and driven to rotate by the electric motor through V-shaped belt to produce centrifugal inertia force which will force the screening box to vibrate.
