Improving the lubrication system of ball mill can effectively avoid excessive wear of the big gear wheel of ball mill due to fuel lean and gain good lubrication effect.
There are three measures that can improve the lubrication system of ball mill which are listed in the following:
Change the jet tray position of the lubrication system to toothlet peep door and make sure the angle between them is 30°and the straight-line distance is 150mm~200mm. After adjusting the jet position of the lubrication system, the lubrication situation of the pinion is outstanding, and the oil slick can be transmitted to the big gear wheel through the mesh between the gear wheels, thus effectively avoiding the abrasion caused by fuel lean of the gear wheels.
The abrasion between the gear wheels is mutual, even if the hardness of the tooth surface of the pinion is higher than that of the big gear wheel, the abrasion of the pinion is more serious than that of the big gear wheel as the speed of the pinion is about ten times higher than that of the big gear wheel and the working frequency is ten times of that of the big gear wheel. For this reason, to give more protection to the big gear wheel, we need to start from the pinion and spraying the pinion is the optimum choice.
