Reducing the Noise When Producing the Ore Dressing Equipment

Add Time:21/04/2014

The excessive development and utilization of the mineral resources makes the available resources less and less, and the raw material grade is becoming lower while the requirement of the smelting and other follow-up processing for the ore dressing product quality is higher and higher. At the same time, people's conscientiousness of environmental protection is increasing. Today, we discuss with you the methods Hongxing Machinery uses to reduce the noise when producing the magnetic ore dressing equipment.

To reduce noise from the sound source

1.Improve the process and choose low-noise equipment.

2.Improve the accuracy of machining and assembly, in order to reduce the frication and vibration noise.

3.For the high voltage, high speed air flow, reduce the different pressure and flow speed or change the airflow nozzle shape.

Control the noise in the course of transmission

1. Design reasonably the whole layout. The main-noise source workshop or device should be arranged together and far away from the quiet workshop, laboratory, office, etc. in order to be controlled better.

2. Prevent noise transmission by adding barrier, or the use of natural terrain, soil, forest, mountain hills, the grass and tall buildings or structures not afraid of noisy, etc.

3. Control the noise using the directivity characteristics of it. E.g. set the opening of the high pressure boiler, blast furnace and oxygenator to the sky or field, to reduce its impact on the environment.

Protect the recipient

1. To personal protection of the workers, such as to wear the noise prevention products like earplugs, earmuffs and helmet.

2. Take turns when working, cutting their work hours in the high noise environment.

Lastly, take the measures like noise elimination, sound absorption, sound insulation, vibration isolation, vibration reduction, etc.
