1.The electric pump of impact crusher is equipped with vibrating units, so all fasteners should be tightened during installation and also be regularly checked and fastened at any time in the production.
2.The rotating direction (there is a rotating direction arrow on the pulley) should not be reversed to the opposite direction.
3. After the installation of electrical motor, the shield of diving belt could be installed according to the actual installation situation.
4. The gap between impact board and plate hammer should be decreased gradually according to the actual requirements. After regulation, we should turn the rotor several rounds with hands to check if there is an impact phenomenon. Then fasten the turnbuckle in order to prevent the flexible nuts from striking the plate hammer because of the vibrating of impact board.
5. The discharging mouth lies on the bottom of the impact crusher, so the installation height and how to cooperate with feeding and discharging device should be well considered in the system design period.
1. Rotor has gone through the balance process before it is sold, so customers do not need to make a balance test to it again. While when replacing hammer head and the rotor parts, the balanced configuration should be made.
2. The impact crusher shall be balanced during installation, which means the levelness error of spindle is less than 1 mm/m. The diving pulley and driven pulley should be in the same plane. Adjust the belt to a reasonable degree and fasten the electrical motor.
3. Check if the component is deformed and the installation position is moved. Tighten all bolts and check whether the seal is in good condition.
4. Check the electrical connection and fastening situation of the electrical box; Adjust the time-delay relay and overload protector; switch on the circuit to test the electrical motor and choose the suitable fuse.
5. Check if the hydraulic system is in good condition and if there is a leakage phenomenon.
