How to Optimize the Side Plate of Linear Vibrating Screen?

The side plate is one of the main parts in linear vibrating screen. In the working process of linear vibrating screen, side plate plays a significant role. But due to the impact of material and other reasons, the side plate always looks distort from the overall perspective, thus forming an unstable state. This will have an impact on the work efficiency of the screen; therefore we need to optimize the design of the side plate.

1. The horizontal beam, strengthening beam and elastic support location should have better arrangement, because it has direct influence on the stress and deformation of the side plate. The plate stress should be reasonable, and it should be reasonably layout; the strengthen beam and elastic support frame should also have the appropriate positions. To correctly realize this point, it is necessary to adopt the optimization methods.

2. In order to facilitate the transport and avoiding welding residual stress, the side plates, beams, reinforced beam and vibrator are connected by bolts. In order to avoid the inappropriate initial installation caused by stress, the size axial connected between the flanges must be controlled. When the shear and torsion stress of connecting bolts are working under tension, the shape and position tolerance of bolt should be careful for the bolt strength calculation. Bolt should have loose prevention measures after locking, and its installation and operation have to ensure the locking state at any time, or each component of vibrating screen work state is different from the original design. If one side of the bolt beam is loose, its working state will be affected simply by the supported beam into a cantilever beam, which is obviously and it is very big difference the original design.

3. For the beam of linear vibrating screen, no matter which condition it has, the stress and strain is very small. The analysis of the beam shows that the beam vibration action only has rigid movement, which shows that the optimization of the great room. From the view of whole optimization design concept, we should not only consider the status of a beam, the lifetime of the side beam should also be considered, and the reduced stiffness may cause bending vibration or the vibration change of the whole screen.
