1. The Bearing: The crusher’s bearing assumes all the loads of a machine. Good lubrication is closely related to the bearing’s service life. It directly affects the machine’s lifespan and operation efficiency. The lubricating oil must be clean and good-sealing. The main oiling parts on this machine: the rotation axis, the roller bearing, all the gears, the live bearing and sliding plane.
2. The newly installed strake is prone to loosening and need to be checked regularly.
3. Notice the working condition of each part.
4. Pay attention to the wear condition of the easy-wear spare parts, and replace the worn parts in time.
5. Remove the dust on the movable mounting to avoid the machine’s bearing unable to move when encountering with something uncrushable, for fear of serious accident.
6. If the oil on the bearing heats up, stop immediately to check the reason and eliminate the faults.
7. If there is knock-like sounds when the rotation gear is running, stop immediately and check, and then fix it.
