The first thing is to make a wear record of the lining board. The specific method is to record the initial position of the discharging mouth, then record the teeth number on each position from the first position to the end. At the end of use, record the number of the teeth which passed by the driving ring before twisting the fixed cone inside the adjusting ring.

Then record the number of the teeth passed by the driving ring when installing new lining board. And contrast it with the teeth number at the end, thus we can preliminarily determine its degree of wear.

With every change of the discharging mouth, the adjusting cap will move down a little accordingly. And the marks on the dustband will tell you when the lining board reaches its wear limit.

In the use and maintenance of cone crusher, timely and accurate judgment on the wear degree of lining board is conductive to reducing the rate of breakdown, improving cone crusher's production efficiency and extending its service life.
