While feeding the crusher with full chamber, pay attention to evenly feeding the materials and control the height of the ores inside the feeder machine. If the materials are too big, the crusher load will obviously increase, and the materials will not be able to be smoothly discharged out of the crushing chamber and may stick to the crushing zone and cause over load. If the materials are too small, the ores will directly go through the crushing chamber, which will cause a great waste.

Every time changing the lining board, check whether the sealing ring of the movable cone is complete.
