The common problem of the lining board is short service life of the end cap lining board. In the design process of the lining board of the cylinder, the wear law of the spare parts of the lining board is not considered, so that the dip angle is too big, which may produce ring flow. The improvement method is to change the manganese steel lining board to rubber lining board, reduce the dip angle of the two end of the cylinder lining board to solve the ring flow problem. In addition, cast holes for hoist on the lining board for crane and installation. After the improvement, the service life of the lining board is greatly extended, and the changing time is greatly shorted and the replacement parts and the maintenance cost are greatly reduced.
Replace the original steel bar screen with rubber cylinder screen as the service life of the latter can reach as long as over 14 months. The screen can be changed together with the lining board of the grinding mill and the reel can be repeatedly used.
The problems of the feeding device include unreasonable structure, weak wear resistance and difficult maintenance. The improvement methods are to line the internal surface of the feeding elbow with rubber; reduce the height of the sand returning pipe to make the returning sand directly impact the dead angle, thus reducing the abrasion of the funnel lining board and prolonging the service life of the feeding device.
According to the size of the slag discharging size, increase the gap of the slag discharging mouth and change the structure of the slag discharging mouth to pear shape.
Install protective jacket on the feeding and discharging mouth of the key spare parts to improve the service life of the delivery pipe and eliminate the drawbacks of whole changing due to part abrasion.
